HO-YUEN attempts to kill TING-MING, but is knocked out by a stun gun. After HO-YUEN regains his consciousness, TING-MING accuses him of being the mole, without knowing that SIU-MEI and a photographer suddenly show up. Right away, HO-YUEN seizes the opportunity to take SIU-MEI hostage. CHIN-CHEUNG highly recommends TING-MING for the position of Sam Heung Township Committee Convener, and all the other villagers have no objection, except UNCLE HENG, who seems to harbor a resentment.
